No electric at all

Hi guys, hope someone can offer advice on my problem and i apologise if its something that has been talked about but i cant see any topics anywhere. Anyway my marauder is getting no electrical power at all. No lights no noise nothing. it has a full battery yet when i turn the ignition on nothing happens. The reading from the battery is just over 13V when i checked this morning.
I was riding along a few days ago and suddenly the bike started to lose power, so pulled over and my neutral light started to flicker and then she died. Since then, its been completely dead, lights starter horn nothing seems to work.
Any advice would be great.
